Introduction 簡介
Chinese School of San Marino was established back in 1979 by the Chinese Club of San Marino. The mission is to provide Chinese children an environment to learn Mandarin, by introducing the language and culture, to hope that children who grew up overseas are able to speak Mandarin and know about Taiwanese traditional culture. The Taiwan Center for Mandarin Learning was established in September of 2021 and will continue to keep a close relationship with the mainstream community. Other than teaching Mandarin, we will also invite mainstream people to participate in various culture celebration events to promote the excellent culture of Taiwan and its delicious traditional food.
In 2021, the Overseas Community Affairs Council of the Republic of China (Taiwan) approved the establishment of the Taiwan Center for Mandarin Learning by our school to teach mainstream people Mandarin.
聖瑪利諾中文學校創立於1979年，由聖瑪利諾華人協會申請設立，至今已逾41年。創立宗旨係提供華人子弟學習中文環境，藉由語文及文化的介紹，讓海外成長的子弟均能說華語，並認識臺灣傳統文化。臺灣華語文學習中心於110年9月於該校掛牌成立，將續與主流社區保持密切聯繫，未來除華語文教學外，將持續邀請主流人士參與各項文化慶典活動，宣揚臺灣優質文化及傳統美食。
本(2021)年該校經中華民國僑務委員會審核評鑑成立【臺灣華語文學習中心】，開設成人班，教授主流人士學習華語文。
Courses 課程特色
The classes will include basic pronunciation, conversation, daily use language, and medium level, high level language usage. Classes will utilize the resources provided by the Overseas Community Affairs Council, allowing non-Chinese speaking community members to use the language learning classes as a bridge to further learning about Taiwan.
The class will use the Mandarin learning materials provided by the OCAC as well as other related cultural materials. For all Taiwanese festivals, the learning center will host a celebration event, so the students can learn different culture characteristics. The students can experience the Lunar New Year Holiday, the Dragon Boat Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival and all the other traditional festivals, as well as Western Holidays like Thanksgiving, Christmas, to learn the differences between cultures and allow non-Chinese speaking community members learn and understand Mandarin easily.
開設成人班教授主流人士華語文，課程包括基礎發音、會話、日常實用口語到中級、高級的語文運用，藉由僑委會提供的資源，讓社區非華裔人士運用華語文作為溝通的橋樑，進一步認識臺灣。
課程均採用僑委會提供的華語文課本及相關文化輔助教材，每逢臺灣節慶，中心將舉辦相關慶典活動，讓學習者瞭解不同文化的特色，體驗如春節、端午節、中秋節等傳統節慶文化與西方感恩節、聖誕節文化相異之處，讓社區非華裔人士學習華語文，易學易懂。
