Introduction 簡介
Chinesischer Verein in Hamburg e.V. was established in 1961. It is dedicates to promoting traditional Mandarin learning. In 2015, the institute moved to its current location in Winterhude which has a good public transport network. The new building is comfortable and equipped with modern facilities. As well as being where Mandarin courses and folk art activities are implemented, here you will find the beauty and goodness of Taiwanese culture in every corner.
To expand the overseas Mandarin learning market, the OCAC is implementing the Taiwan Center for Mandarin Learning Establishment Program. Under the Program, OCAC will assist overseas compatriot schools and groups in Europe and the U.S. set up Taiwan Centers for Mandarin Learning (TCML) as bases for teaching Mandarin to people aged over 18 and, importantly, for promoting its teaching with Taiwanese characteristics. The establishment of 18 TCML has so far been approved; 15 are in the U.S., one in the U.K., one in France and one in Germany, and it is hoped to see more established in the near future. The first Taiwan Center for Mandarin Learning established in Germany is in Chinesischer Verein in Hamburg e.V.
Mrs. Hsu, the executive director of CML, said that the bilateral cooperation with OCAC’s the TCML Establishment Program has integrated and expanded the original teaching content. Both the traditional Chinese textbooks with Taiwanese characteristics and the digital textbook of HuayuWorld Website have taken teaching to a new level. There are beginner and advanced courses, teaching Mandarin with Taiwanese characteristics to people aged over 18 . It is hoped the center will become a place for community language exchange, holding various language exchange and cultural promotion activities to increase the local influence of Taiwan culture.
漢堡中華會館暨附屬中華子弟學校自1961年創立來即致力於傳承正體華文教育。2015年搬遷新址，交通便利，是一個溫馨又現代化的學習空間，除了教授華語還兼具發揚傳承中華文化的使命，推展臺灣文化的美善。
僑務委員會為掌握現今海外華語文市場擴展契機，訂定「海外華語文學習深耕計畫」，並具體規劃以美國及歐洲為主要地區，輔助僑校（團）成立「臺灣華語文學習中心」，成為推廣具臺灣特色華語文教育之據點。2021年已協輔18所僑校設置「臺灣華語文學習中心」（美國15所及英國、法國、德國各1所），開辦華語文課程，提供主流社會成年人士學習具臺灣特色華語文的機會，並邀請學華語的歐美青年到臺灣參加青年營隊、語文班、觀摩團與英語服務營，更直接體驗臺灣的文化與生活，並藉此推動雙向文化交流和語言學習。本中心即為德國第一所的臺灣華語文學習中心。
「臺灣華語文學習中心 漢堡中華會館附屬中華子弟學校」執行長許美娟表示，與僑務委員會「臺灣華語文學習中心設置計畫」的雙邊合作整合並擴充了原本的教學內容；具臺灣特色的正體字教材和突破空間限制的數位教材「全球華文網」都令校內師資得以更好地發揮。成人班的開辦也為配合當地主流人士不一的華語文程度和上課時間，目前開設有初級班與進階班，吸引非華裔的成年人來學習，課堂熱絡、趣味橫生。未來期許能延續這股動能，將樣貌更豐富的臺灣華語文學習中心打造成社區語言交流中心，開展更多元的語言交流文化推廣活動，厚實臺灣文化的在地影響力。
Courses 課程特色
The adult course emphasizes the application of Mandarin and good listening and speaking ability.
The adult beginner course will help to correct student pronunciation and expand their understanding of grammar and vocabulary through short essays with Taiwanese characteristics. The adult advanced course will provide multiple resources to encourage students to learn autonomously.
The connection of adult courses in Hamburg’s TCML is flat rather than authoritative. Communication between teachers and students is smooth amicable and the teaching materials student-friendly. TCML in Hamburg expect to establish an environment where teaching and learning are complementary
成人班課程強調華語文的應用與聽說能力。
成人初級班矯正學生的華語文發音，藉具臺灣特色的短文擴充學生對華語文語法、生詞的認識。成人進階班則透過更多元的資源，促發學生有興趣自主地；多面向地學習正體華語文。影音素材、講題對話、書單舉列等都是常用的方式。
『臺灣華語文學習中心．漢堡中華會館附屬中華子弟學校』成人班的課程結構是扁平而非權威式，師生間的交流、教材與人性的互動引導性高而具親和力。期許建立一個教學相長的環境。
